Sometimes you want to return an order. Maybe because you don't like the product or because there is another reason why you don't want the order. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the entire order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of the return journey from your residence to the store are for your own account. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the contractor with all accompanying accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and original packaging. If the product is damaged or if the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to test the product, we can transfer this reduction in value to you.
